Shipping Policy (South Africa)
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Johannesburg, South Africa. At present we offer 2 shipping & collection options. Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24 hours.
1. Collect from Mr Vinyl at 44 Stanley Avenue, Milpark, Johannesburg, 2092.
2. The Courier Guy – R120. Shipping takes 1 – 3 business days.
All records are shipped securely in custom record mailers, with additional padding where necessary.
Shipping Policy (Global Customer):
SAMP Records has competitive shipping rates and we use Fedex, UPS and DHL for all international orders (orders outside of South Africa). We ship to almost all countries in the world, with a few exceptions being those that Fedex, UPS and DHL won’t ship to, here is a list. All orders are carefully packed in custom record mailers, with ample padding and protected corners for safe transit, and shipping takes 3 – 7 business days to most countries.
The shipping cost for each order is determined by the region and weight, and is automatically calculated on the Checkout page. Try adding or removing records from your cart to see how changes to the shipping cost are calculated. Please note that depending on the rules and regulations in your country, you may be required to pay import duties or VAT when your order is delivered to you. Fedex, UPS or DHL will be in contact regarding this.
